How can I use the cue cards?
You can print out the cards are large as you like - use them as large posters or even for small A5 or A6 sized cards for reminders around the gym or playground. If you’re teaching particular skills in your P.E lesson, you can go through them on the screen/board, and highlight to your kids to the pointers of what you want to see them working on. You can then provide feedback to your students, for example:
“Make sure you use your fingertips when bouncing the basketball”
“Kick the ball with the laces part of your foot”
You can even have your students ‘coach’ each other when they are practicing a particular skill - Get them to watch each other to see whether they are following the right action/movement.

1. 36 energetic station cards
› Simply print out (and laminate) the cards (A4 or A5), choose the circuit activities, and put them out around the sports hall. Minimal equipment is required, (at most a few balls, hoop & bench) so the setup of your lesson is so simple!
› Divide the class equally at the stations and have them work for 45-60 seconds (you can play some loud, energizing music!). Blow your whistle and the students can then record their personal scores before rotating around to the next station (30 second rest period). Depending on your planned time for the lesson, students can go around the circuit twice or even 3 times.
